Trims by Twins Policies

At Trims by Twins we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Same day cancellations will be subject to 50% of your booked service. No shows will be subject to 100% of the booked service. The fee will have to be paid before booking your next appointment.

A late fee of $1/minute will be applied to your booking after the 10 minute grace period is exceeded.

A late pick up fee after the 30 minute grace period is exceeded will be $25.00-$40.00.
